Box Them Up Class

I was trying to come up with ideas for my next workshop.  Something that was a little bit different.  So I decided to do something that you could keep for yourself or give as a gift and "Box Them Up" was born!  It's a cute little folder with two inside pockets that will hold cards on one side and envelopes on the other.  There are 2 different paper designs.  Each "box" will hold 8 cards - 4 designs - 2 of each.  The envelopes will be stamped to match each card.

I used CTMH's Splendor paper for the first set of cards and folder.  The stamp set I used is called Dream Big.  What a cute set with 36 different little stamps.  I have used this stamp set on so many different projects.

For the second design, I used a new paper packet from CTMH called Wings.  Here are some pictures of the cards using this paper.

If you look closely enough at the card base, you will see that the white background has some "texture" to it.  I used my Sizzix Texture Boutique machine with a couple of different embossing folders to create that texture.

I'm teaching this class on February 25, 2011 at CRB during our monthly scrapbook night.  Also decided to create kits to sell for those that can't make the class.  Instructions will be provided at the class as well.  Should be fun!
