Love - Valentine's Day - a H2H Challenge

Good Morning!  Today's post is for the Heart2Heart Challenge.  My team's challenge was to "create something for someone you love".

Now I could have made something for my hubby as he is "someone" I love BUT that would be an obvious choice for me.  Instead I decided to great something for my Aunt who is an amazing person and has been a very important person in my life.

I made her this V-Day card with 3 roses in the middle because her name is "Rose"!

Since the roses do stick out, I couldn't use a regular envelope to put the card in.  I made this cute little box and put another rose on the top.  Here a pictures of them each close up:

I used our Roxie paper pack to make the card and box.  I love this paper!  Here's what the other papers in the pack look like:

Aren't they gorgeous??

Okay back to my project.  I made the card, the box, and the roses using our exclusive Art Philosophy Cricut cartridge.

Card:  p. 26, A6, shift font layer < Heart1 > at 4 3/4"
Roses on card:  p. 69, E9, shift font at 5"
Rose on box:  p. 69, E9, shift font at 11"
Box:  p. 21, A1, shift font layer < Flower1 > at fit to page (can't remember the size -- sorry!)

I hope you enjoyed my post for the challenge this week.  We would LOVE to see what you have come up with for this challenge.  Just go to the H2H blog - click here.  Scroll to the bottom of this challenge's post and then insert your info in "Mister Linky's Magical Widgets".  Can't wait to see what you come up with!!!
