H2H Challenge - 3/5/12

If you are here for the Pink Buttons and Bows Card Blog Hop, click here.

That's right - it's time for another Heart2Heart Challenge!  It's a COLOR challenge!  With Spring around the corner, this color challenge asks you to use 3 colors from Close to My Heart:  Sky, Sunkiss Yellow, and Sweet Leaf.

Instead of making a card for our challenge this week, I decided to make little treat boxes instead.

I used our exclusive Art Philosophy Cricut cartridge to make these adorable little boxes.  They can be found on p. 22 of the booklet, A2, shift, font layer < Snwflke1 > cut at 5".

As you can see I made one of each color.  I don't know if you can tell from the picture (maybe if you click on and it will get bigger), but I stamped a border on the bottom of each side of each box.  I used a new stamp set that I just bought - Eclectic Edges (C1450).  It has 6 different borders on it and I just know that I will be using it A LOT.

I used a second stamp set -- the March Stamp of the Month.  It's called "Potential."  That's the center image of the treat box.  This set coordinates with our Art Philosophy Cricut cartridge. I popped the circle image using 3-D Foam Tape.

I hope you enjoyed my submission for this week's challenge.  I would LOVE to see what you come up with too!  Just create a project using the three colors:  Sweet Leaf, Sunkiss Yellow, and Sky and then link it up on the Heart2Heart Challenge blog.
