Monkey Business

Today's project is a card for a friend's daughter who LOVES monkeys.  I'm taking her to lunch on Saturday for her birthday.  Sooooo, a monkey card was perfect!

I used two of my favorite Cricut cartridges:  Close to My Heart's exclusive Art Philosophy and Create-a-Critter.  The card base came from The Paper Studio's "Cheekee Monkey" paper collection.  I scored the paper at 50% off at Hobby Lobby a couple of weeks ago!  It is just ADORABLE!

I cut the card base using our exclusive Art Philosophy Cricut cartridge:  p. 24, A4, card, < square6 >at 4 1/2"

The monkey was cut, of course, from the Create-a-Critter Cricut cartridge:  p. 46, C3, < monkey >, Layer 1 and Layer 2 at 3".

The sentiment came from the Celebrations stamp set that comes in the Art Philosophy bundle.

Thanks for stopping by!
