It's the first Monday of the month and here at Paper Playtime, that means it's time for DELICIOUS DIE CUT Challenge #76.  Here's your challenge ... if you choose to accept it ... and I hope you will:  create a Vacation themed card using any kind of die-cutting machine you own (or borrow).  How simple is that?
I used my Cricut Expression for my Vacation themed card.  I call it "Come Sail Away".  Here's my card:
This card is a scalloped circle card cut at 5".  I used our exclusive Art Philosophy Cricut cartridge (which has 100 different card bases you can cut by the way - 100!).  You can find this card image on page 31, B1, card, < Circle2 >.  The little fish on the bottom left the card is one of the chipboard elements found in the Footloose Complements Dimensional Elements.

I used our Footloose paper - I just think their colors scream summer vacation!  Three of the coordinating colors are Lagoon, Sweet Leaf, and Creme Brulee which I used in this card.  Here are the other papers in the pack:
I cut the half circles for the card using the AP cart.  I cut 2 circles at 4 1/2" each using Lagoon and Sweet Leaf cardstock.  The image is on page 21, A1, < Circle1 >.  I then cut the circles in half.  I ran each of the circles through an embossing folder - it's part of the Plum Blossom set of folders from Cuttlebug. The middle strip is cut at 1/2" x 4 1/2" using one of the B&T papers from the Footloose paper pack.

I also used a Cricut cartridge called Going Places.  That's where the sailboat, clouds and waves came from.  The sailboat can be found on page 113, D1, < sailboat > cut at 3 1/2; the clouds were on page 112, D1, < cloud > cut at 1/2" and 3/4"; and the waves can be found on page 105, C4, < water > cut at 1".
Finally, I cut the birds using Chocolate cardstock using the 3 Birds on Parade Cricut cartridge.  The bird image is on page 68, E1, cut at 1/4" and 1/2".

The sentiment on the inside of the card is from the stamp set called "Under the Sea" and was stamped using a Lagoon stamp pad.  Such a CUTE stamp set!
