Bridesmaid Cards

Good morning everyone!

Today I'm posting some bridesmaid cards I made for a friend who is getting married this weekend.  Their wedding colors are black and white with a "splash" of red - or Close to My Heart Tulip.

To make these cards, I turned to our brand new, exclusive ARTISTE Cricut cartridge. Did you know this cartridge also has 700 images just like our exclusive Art Philosophy??!?!?

This card shape can be found on page 65, D5, Card < b > cut at 4 1/4". I used our Colonial White CS for the card base.  The figure in the middle of the card can be found on page 61, D1, Shift, Accent 2 < Z > cut at 2 1/4" again with Colonial White CS.

The flower shape was on page 63, E3, Accent 2 < C > cut at 3 3/4" using our now retired Tulip CS.

I used Black CS for the first layer cut at 3 3/4" x 4".  The inside shape can be found on page 62, D2, Shift, Accent 2 < X > also cut at 3 3/4".  The "Thanks" shadow at the top of the card is also on page 65, D5, Accent 1 < b > and was cut at 1 1/4".

Well I'm on to my next project -- cards for the parents of the bride and groom!  I hope you enjoyed today's project.  Can't wait to read your comments :)

Have a wonderfully crafty day!

Lucy
