Scraps to Treasures August Blog Hop

Welcome to the Scraps To Treasures August Hop - Day 2. This weekend we have several amazing crafters lined up to show you their interpretation of this sketch:

If you have arrived here from Jearise's blog at Lorby's World you are where you should be. If you found your way here on your own, you may want to start at Robin's blog - Scrap and Chat to make sure you do not miss a thing.

Now before we get to our fabulous projects Robin is giving away some Blog Candy. To win the blog candy you must leave a comment on each blog for each day of the hop.

Now on to my project!

I have been working on a 9" x 9" scrapbook with a Disney theme.  I had scraps left over from my other pages.  Click here and here to see the other pages I have already created using this paper pack.

Here's a picture of my latest page for the album using the above sketch:

I used a retired CTMH paper pack called Zippidee.  I also had some stickers left from the coordinating sticker pack that I added to my layout.  The Mickey pointing hand was cut using the Mickey and Friends Cricut cartridge.  You can find the image on page 31, A4, icon < Mickey3 > cut at 1" using Black, Colonial White, and Honey cardstock.

I also used our exclusive Artiste Cricut cartridge to cut a couple of the other images:  the black pennant under the sentiment can be found on page 35, A5, Shift, Accent 4, < % > cut at 1" x 3 3/4" using the fit to length key.  The journaling mat was also cut using the Artiste.  The image can be found on page 44, B4, Card, < 4 > cut at 1 3/4" x 2 1/4" again using the Fit to Length key.  To make the journaling lines I used an image from our stamp set called "Zoology".
