Here is my Design Team submission:
I used a paper pack called "Dakota" which is exclusively available through Close to My Heart.
I matted the back of the card with a piece of Pacific cardstock. For the accents on the corner, I cut the image from Artiste cartridge on page 32, A2, Accent 4, < 2 > cut at 1" each.
I also used the Artiste for the "gingham" center was on page 77, E7, Card, < Halloween > cut at 3 1/2" x 4 1/2" (using the Fit to Length key).
The #1 on the side is from Irresistibles Make It Count which I then used a sponge dauber to add Crystal Blue and Pacific ink.
I made the middle flower by punching out 9 1" hearts and then folding them in half. I then arranged them in a circle and adhered one side of the heart to the card. The embellishment in the center is called a Durable Round Stud.
