Christmas Tags Swap

Welcome to the Scraps To Treasures teams Christmas Tag Swap Hop!   If you arrived here from Liz of Tryin' to Craft, you are in the right place. If you just happened upon my blog, please start at Ellen's blog over at Cardmonkey's Paper Jungle!  Don't you just love that name?!?!

This month our group of frugally fantastic crafters have made Christmas tags for each other. We are excited to share this fun idea will all of our readers.  If you want to try this and do not have a large group of friends to do a swap like this, you can do it with just 2 or 3 people.

We have a special present for you: Two lucky hoppers will win a set of tags that were featured in this hop!  To be eligible to win, you need to leave a comment on EACH blog stop in the hop.
Also be sure to follow any instructions on each blog for any fun goodies they may be giving away!

Here are the Christmas tags I made to share with my friends:

I had some leftover paper from an old CTMH paper pack called "Mistletoe" -- I so loved that paper and wish I had more in my stash.  That's the designer paper that I cut the Christmas presents from.  I used Olive, Cranberry, and White Daisy cardstock for the rest of the tag including the ribbon for the present.

I cut the tag and the present/ribbon using our Art Philosophy Cricut cartridge.  Here are the cuts:

Tag:  page 60, D10, Card, < Tag4 > cut at 3 1/4"
Present:  page 60 D10, Shift, Layer, < Gift > cut at 1 1/2"
Ribbon:  page 60, D10, Shift, < Gift > cut at 1 1/2"

The front image and the "to" and "from" images came from our October Stamp of the Month - Very Merry Christmas and were stamped with either Olive or Cranberry ink.

SUPPLIES USED
