Today, over at Card-A-Day Blog we are celebrating Valentine's Day! I made my first card of the season for my hubby of 11 1/2 years. Check out the pictures below:
| Font of Card |
I cut my card using our exclusive Art Philosophy Cricut cartridge at 5". You can find the image on page 33, B3, Card, < Square2 >.
The scalloped squares used on this card can be found on the same page - they were cut at 1 1/2", 2", and 4".
The squares were cut from page 23, A3, < Square1 > and were cut at 1 1/4", 1 3/4", 3 1/2", and 4 1/2".
The stamp set that I used comes from the Whoo's Your Valentine kit that was have as a special this month. The cute little owls, the hearts, and the sentiment came from that stamp set. I just LOVE this kit!
I stamped the sentiment on the front on a cut I made from the Artiste on page 56, D6, < Shape4 > cut at 1" x 3 1/2" using the Fit to Length key. The top frame is on the same page, page 56, D6, Layer, < Shape4 > cut the same.
I used Bitty Sparkles on the eyes of the owls and Adhesive Springs behind the owls. I tried to take a picture of the owls wobbling back and forth but it didn't come through in the picture. You will just have to trust me that they DO wobble and are awfully cute :)
