Welcome to our very first Everything ABC's Blog Hop! This will be the first of many throughout the year so make sure to check out what we have new for you about every two weeks. Happy New Year and Happy Hopping!
For this hop we will be featuring the letter A. This may be the name of a paper, a stamp set or an embellishment. Whatever the crafter has chosen as their "A" element will be featured in their post.
If you came from Theodora's blog at Celebrate Crafts then you're on the right track!
For my "A" project, I decided to make 3 "altered" notebooks AND I used the Art Philosophy Cricut cartridge to do it! First some pictures:
I found these notebooks at Staples - they were a fab deal: 3 for $1! I knew when I saw them that they would be perfect to alter. They measure 5" x 7 3/4". I used a Close to My Heart paper pack called "Stella" to cover the notebooks. I then used the Art Philosophy Cricut cartridge to cut the labels for the front. The images can be found on Page 23, A3, < Square1 > cut at 2 3/4" and page 33, B3, < Square2 > cut at 3 1/4". As you can see from the third picture, I also altered the inside of each notebook.
