Fancy Fold Card Blog Hop

Welcome to the Scraps to Treasure’s Blog Hop!  We are independent bloggers who love to craft like crazy and show it all off, crafters from the sister group the “Krazy Crafting Crew”, and even more crafters have joined this open group to bring you many ideas on what to do with those crazy scraps that keep piling up!  Our goal is to inspire you to go through your stash and create!

If you would like to join this team you are welcome to share what you have too with new themes, challenges, and more every month.   Just contact Robin Scott or Lissa Marie on their blogs or on Facebook, if you are interested in joining our Scraps to Treasure Team too!

If you have stumbled upon this hop, and would love to start from the beginning, our host this month is Robin Lane from Create-a-latte is our host.   If you just came from Robins' Blog at Create-A-Latte, then you are well on your way through the hop.

Fancy Fold Cards is the theme today, how fun and different then the ordinary card, this is the fancy fold I chose to make to inspire you!

I decided to make a "neverending"card!  Here are some pics:

This is ONLY one card but it opens and closes up different ways!  Cool right???

To make this card I cut a piece of Black cardstock at 6" x 9".  I then scored it at 2 1/4", 3 1/2", and 6 3/4".  I then turned the card and scored it from one folded line to the next at 1 1/2", 3", and 4 1/2".  I found the card in a book called "Interactive Cards" published by Annie's Crafts.

The paper I used is called For Always.  The flowers came from a stamp set called Girls Rock from Close to My Heart.  I love this stamp set for a number of reasons but one really good reason is that it coordinates with the Art Philosophy Cricut cartridge.  The sentiment "friends forever" comes from the stamp set called Fabulous You.  The adjectives on the other side of the card came from the Wheel of Life stamp set.
