Snowflakes

Welcome to...
The Creating Blog Hops Cafe

Our group is here to inspire you every month with many different projects that have been made by some of the most amazing crafters that I know. We are dedicated to be here to inspire you every single month, on the last Saturday of the month, all year long. Whether it be a specific theme, season, or event.  So, grab yourself a Latte and hop along with us while we proudly show off our projects to you each and every month.

Your first stop along this hop will be with...

Robin Lane with Create-A-Latte

For my project, I decided to make a set of mini or 3" x 3" cards:

When I originally started to think about what I would make for this hop, I was thinking Christmas holiday or winter theme.  Then when I finally got around to creating, I just wasn't feelin' it, you know?  I decided to use a snowflake stamp to create the background of my mini cards.  So I used the "Single Snowflake" stamp set to random stamp the background using Lagoon ink.  I then used the sentiment "today is a good day" as the focal point of my card stamping it in Gypsy ink.  The images comes from the All the Details stamp set.  I cut the scalloped oval using the Art Philosophy Cricut cartridge.  You can find the image on page 52, D2, < Oval4 > cut at 2 1/2" and 2 3/4".  I used Gypsy cardstock for the matte.  I think these will be fun to give to friends or co-workers for encouragement.
