Balloon Talk

Hello Hoppers!

Welcome to our Stamp of the Month Blog Hop! We will be featuring April's Stamp of the Month, which is called Balloon Talk, a set of 24 stamps.

For this blog hop, we have approximately 54 Close to My Heart Consultants sharing their creations using this month's Stamp of the Month and other great CTMH products on their blogs. This is simple to do -- just click on the link at the end of the post on each blog to move to the next one! Here we go!

If you came here from Jill's blog at Scrap Wench, then you're in the right place!  To see the full list of blog hop participants, please click here.

First let me share with you my YouTube video which gives you a close up look at Balloon Talk as well as the cards I made using this really cute stamp set:

Here are "still" pictures of the cards I made:

The first picture is a card that I made from page 13 of our 2014 Spring/Summer Idea Book.  I followed pretty closely along to what you see in the book but I did change out the shimmer trim and glitter gems.  [Remember that you can find the "recipes" listing all the products used for ALL the projects you see in our Idea Book by clicking here.  As you can see, the background was made by random stamping the word bubble in Hollyhock and Goldrush inks.

The set of mini cards were so fun to make.  They measure 3" x 3" in size.  I used random stamping on the last card again because I think it looks so cool.

SUPPLIES USED
Lollydoodle paper pack (X7183B)
Artiste Cricut Cartridge (Z1790)
Balloon Talk - April Stamp of the Month (S1404)
Hollyhock Exclusive Inks Stamp Pad (Z2128)
Goldrush Exclusive Inks Stamp Pad (Z2123)
3D Foam Tape (Z1151)
Sponge Daubers (Z726)

Now "Hop" on over to Kim's blog at Creative Hands and Hearts to see her work. Be sure to visit all the Consultants at their Blogs to get some great crafting ideas and other fun ideas!

Hope you enjoyed my projects. Have a wonderfully crafty day!

  2. Cute cards!

My 7 year old boy just saw your YouTube video up above and was wondering if it was a free chocolate giveaway. Love that kid. Especially when he said, "April Fools!"
