It's a Score Board!

Good Morning Crafters!

This morning I come to you again from Heart 2 Heart Challenges Blog!

Our challenge was to use our favorite Close to My Heart tool.  I thought long and hard about it and I have to say my "new" favorite tool is our Score Board!

Here is what I made:

Now I did use our Score Board in the "traditional" way by using it to crease my card base.

But then I used it to "frame" the base of the card.  If you closely look at the picture below you will see that:

I then used the Score Board again to "frame" the October 31 sentiment on my card:

For this project I used our Scaredy Cat paper pack.  I used Thistle and Sunset ink pads to stamp out the Halloween images.  I used Archival black ink to stamp the "BOO" sentiments.

I used our Sunset Chevron Washi Tape on a piece of White Daisy cardstock.

I used our new Thin 3-D Foam Tape to pop up the middle ghost as well as the "October 31" image.

The "October 31" image comes from the "Halloween Greetings" stamp set. This set coordinates with our exclusive Artiste Cricut cartridge.

The ghosts and the "boo" sentiment comes from our "Frightfully Fun" stamp set.

I edged the frame for the "October 31" image with Thistle ink using a sponge dauber.

  2. Adorably fun card. I love how you used the score board to frame out the card base and the "31". Definitely filing that technique away for a later date.
