Halloween Mini Album

Good Morning Crafters!

Halloween is right around the corner - only 55 days away!

I wante to share with you a fun little mini album I made using our exclusive Artiste Cricut cartridge.

When I was at our convention this summer, consultants were asked to participate in our Consultant Creativity Showcase.

We were given a table with space to display our crafty products.

One of the crafty items I showed was this album:

Cute right?

When I first saw this image in the Artiste Cricut cartridge pamphlet, I saw that it was supposed to be a gift box of some kind.

Honestly, though it is a cute little box, I just didn't think I would use it that way.

So, I decided to make it a mini album!  I added some of our mini flip flaps to add images or pictures.

The paper used is our retired Scaredy Cat paper and coordinating complements.

You can find the image on page 40.  I cut the box and lid at 5".  I cut two of the boxes and then attached them to each other.  They then rolled up into the box that fit perfectly in the lid.

I thought this was a great way to think "outside of the box".  Get it???

I definitely want to go back through this cartridge (and other cartridges that have boxes) and see how I can create mini albums out of them as well.

Have you created anything "out of the box" lately?

Have a wonderfully crafty day!
